We are hiring Junior UI/UX Designer

We are seeking a creative and enthusiastic Junior UI/UX Designer to join our dynamic team. As a Junior UI/UX Designer, to create intuitive and visually appealing user interfaces for our digital products and apps. You will be involved in all stages of the design process, from conducting user research and wireframing to prototyping and testing. Responsibilities:

– Collaborate with designers to understand project requirements and user needs.

– Conduct user research, including surveys, interviews, and usability testing, to gather insights and inform design decisions.

– Create wireframes, prototypes, and user flows to visualize design concepts and interactions.

– Design visually appealing and user-friendly interfaces for web and mobile applications.

– Work closely with developers to ensure designs are implemented accurately and meet quality standards.

– Iterate on designs based on feedback from stakeholders and usability testing results.

– Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in UI/UX design.

– Assist in creating and maintaining design guidelines and documentation.

Requirements:

– Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, UI/UX Design, or a related field (or equivalent work experience).

– Strong portfolio showcasing UI/UX design projects and proficiency with design tools such as Adobe XD, Sketch, Figma, or similar.

– Basic understanding of user-centered design principles and methodologies.

– Excellent communication and collaboration skills.

– Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously.

– Attention to detail and a passion for creating exceptional user experiences.

– Knowledge of HTML, CSS, and JavaScript is a plus.

– Familiarity with Agile development methodologies is a plus.
